We navigate the complex, multi-year process by working one-on-one with students as early as their freshman year of high school. But it’s not just about getting into college. At the core of everything we do is a passion for helping young people find their future.

Amber received her B.A. in English with a minor in French from the University of Mississippi. In December 2020 she completed her Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction from Belhaven University. A native of Ocean Springs, Amber moved to North Mississippi 22 years ago. She is married to Michael, and the mother of four children: Autumn, Connor, Saxton, and Piper. She is active in the community through the American Red Cross, Jim Ingram Leadership Institute, Junior Auxiliary of Tupelo, & The Orchard Church. Amber has a passion for helping students achieve their potential in life. She loves seeing her students succeed in raising their ACT scores & finding the right fit for college as well as in becoming servant leaders in the community who are passionate about their lives.

My experience with Class 101 has been amazing to say the least. When I joined, I had a
24 on my ACT. After only 2 short years, I increased my score to a 30 due to the weekly ACT
practice classes. Additionally, Class 101 has played a pivotal role in enrolling me into college.
Mrs. Amber McHenry helped me every step of the way from enrollment to scholarships. I truly
believe that Class 101 is the reason I’m getting to go to a great college.
