This journey allowed her opportunities to work throughout many local school districts in a multitude of situations and settings. Michaela's mission is to assist families in navigating the college planning process with the ultimate goal of a seamless and successful experience for students and their families. Eric recently relocated to Florida, having retired from a career as an operations and finance executive, with much of that time spent in New York City and the coast of Maine. Originally from Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Eric attended State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton, earning a B.S.. in Management. Later, he completed an M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University. Eric noted: "My wife and I raised two children who are now successful adults after completing college and furthering their education towards obtaining master’s degrees. We spend much of our summer at our island home on the coast of Maine, where we enjoy sailing, kayaking and hosting many guests. While not working previously in education, my role as an executive required a great deal of mentoring in developing effective leaders. The best part of this career has been helping colleagues to gain better positions. Helping high school students prepare for college is often the first step in achieving a successful career that also supports a rewarding personal life. "Private: Maureen Breslauer

I grew up in Miami, Florida, and attended the University of Miami, where I earned a Master of Science in Education, specializing in reading (M.Ed.). My husband and I moved to Palm City in 1998, where I taught at Stuart Middle School. Once I had my two boys (currently ages 21 and 17) I chose to stay home and focus my time on volunteering at their schools, from elementary to high school. I served as a PTA president as well as a volunteer coordinator for many years. I continued to embrace my love of teaching through substitute teaching as well as tutoring. I went back to a full-time position in 2019 at Hidden Oaks Middle School. I am very excited to be a part of the class 101 family!Owners

I learned so much about myself and what I want to do in college during my time at Class 101! After working with Mrs. O’Leary, I am better prepared and confident for what the future has in store. I would not have had the positive outcomes I achieved without the amazing guidance from Mrs. O’Leary and Class 101!

Class 101 gave me the tools I needed to do well on the SAT and write powerful college essays. They provided me guidance throughout the college application and interview process. Thank you so much Mimi and Mike!

Class 101 felt like a second family to me! It was a great environment where you felt safe to ask questions and to go for help with school and college applications; big or small.

Starting Class 101 was one of the best decisions ever. I learned so much from Mrs. O’Leary and Mrs. Waltersdorff and they helped me gain 8 college acceptances, a Bright Futures scholarship, and an invitation to join UCF’s Top Ten Knight program. Class 101 is filled with amazing mentors and memories, thank you for everything!

When I first started Class 101 with Mrs. O’Leary, I was a good student, but my SAT score was low and I had no clue about the college admissions process. Mrs. O’Leary changed everything. What makes Class 101 special is the personal attention you get with SAT prep and college prep, while at the same time Mrs. O’Leary pushed me to take initiative by myself. Class 101 is not one of those companies that babies their students or is just surface. I really learned how to be a great applicant and get into schools that I never would have considered without Class 101.
