As President, Dr. Sudhaker Chhabra leads Sylvan Learning and Class 101 centers in Idaho and Fulshear, TX. He has been with Sylvan since 2020. He belongs to a family of educators and has always been passionate about education. He strongly believes in empowering children with the right educational tools and direction for life-long impact and success. Dr. Chhabra holds a doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from I.I.T Delhi (a prestigious institute in India known to admit only selective highly gifted students from all-over India). His zeal to make a difference for children in the Boise community drove him to quit his high paying job and open Sylvan Learning and Class 101 centers.
Amber Maggio

Ms. Amber Maggio is the Managing Director for Sylvan Learning and Class101 Centers of Idaho. Ms. Maggio is a state certified teacher with more than seven years of experience and has worked with students from K through 12 as well as adult students. She is passionate about helping students develop study skills, build confidence, and enhance critical thinking. Ms. Maggio also advised her peers finding scholarships, selecting schools & programs, and managing schedules to meet graduation requirements prior to and during their higher education. Ms. Maggio holds a B.A. in History from the University of Providence-Great Falls, an M.A. in Ancient History from Indiana University-Bloomington, and an M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University. A native of Nampa, ID, Ms. Maggio returned to the Treasure Valley in 2021 and enjoys reading, writing, drawing, playing video games, and spending time with her husband and two cats.

This is the second time my family has worked with Class 101. With my college planner’s help, I was able to improve my grades and write an amazing essay while abroad in Frankfurt, Germany. Because of Class 101 I have grown as a student and as a person. Preparing for college can be tricky for high schoolers. Picking a college, deciding a major, and preparing for the ACT are just some of the things that Class 101 has been able to help me with over the last few years. My college planner, Tom, was able to guide me through one of the most important chapters in my life and I am forever grateful. I joined Class 101 as a sophomore with very little idea of what direction I wanted to take my life in. Now, I am just a few months from beginning my first semester of nursing school at the University of Louisville.
