We are often asked about affordable options that prepare students to compete for jobs and graduate school. To help answer this question, one list we like to highlight is The Public Ivies, which includes Miami University and The Ohio State University. While Miami was included in the original list, an updated list of Public Ivies was created in 2001 to include 30 institutions in five regions of the US:
