Randy has multiple appearances on Fox 59 with “Angela Answers”, WTHR Indianapolis with Karen Campbell, and WGCL 1370 “Your Money” with David Hays. Randy’s mission is to provide families with expert guidance in the college search, admissions, and financial aid process. Kim’s years of experience in the publishing industry brings excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills to our students. She has a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in Computer Information Systems.

Veronica is a seasoned Educational Consultant with over a decade of experience in the primary and secondary education sectors. Since 2014, she has been college planning with Class 101, where she specializes in offering comprehensive college guidance, essay writing support, financial advice, and test prep. Her business acumen, combined with her passion for education, has made her a trusted advisor to students and families navigating the college application process. As a bilingual professional, Veronica is particularly dedicated to helping first-generation American students and their international families overcome language barriers and understand the complexities of the U.S. college system. Veronica also has a rich background in leadership and operations management. From 2010 to 2015, she served as an Operations Manager at Diedro & Marxa in Miami, where she supervised a team of 25 employees and managed day-to-day operations with external providers. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Spanish and ESL tutor in Madrid. She also volunteered as an English to Spanish translator for Plan International, where she contributed her skills to important humanitarian work. Before transitioning into education, Veronica gained valuable experience in customer service management. As a Call Center Supervisor at Allianz Insurance, she was instrumental in launching a customer service platform and trained a team of 15 employees to provide exceptional service to clients. A graduate of the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela with a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, Veronica also studied Educational Psychology at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

I have been with Class 101 for almost eight years. They were so incredibly helpful during my high school career especially with SAT/ACT studying! After high school, I became a part of the Class 101 family by tutoring younger students and helping out around the office. I have truly been blessed by this company and their employees, every cent was worth it!
