July has been quite a busy month here at Class 101! We are excited to say that Class 101 has recently opened locations in the Boise/Meridian, and Greater Austin areas! As we continue to grow, we are able to offer our valuable services to students throughout the country so that they may attend the college of their choice!
Amy Nixon is the owner of Class 101 Boise Meridian. A lifelong resident of Idaho, Amy is excited to bring Class 101 and its proven methods to the Boise Meridian community. Amy received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master in Health Sciences from Boise State University. Her nursing career has always focused on children and she has worked as a Pediatric nurse, a Neonatal nurse and a school nurse. Amy made the decision to make a career change, but she knew that she still wanted to be a positive force in the lives of children and young people. Amy’s research led her to Class 101 and she soon realized that her philosophies aligned with theirs and that she could continue to make a difference for students and their families through college planning.
Mary and Gina Gaddy are the owners of our location in the Greater Austin, TX area. Gina recently retired from a 23 year career in law enforcement and has decided to continue providing service to her community through college planning. Mary has a degree in Business Administration and a background in financial services, spending her personal time as a career mentor to young adults. As the owners of Class 101, Gina and Mary work with students and their families to assess the student’s passions, the affordability of their college choices, and then develop a plan to maximize a student’s college experience, while minimizing the financial impact to their families.
We are thrilled to be able to announce these new additions to the Class 101 family and look forward to a great upcoming year!
