The Class 101 family welcomes Karen DeRosa. Owner of the newest Ohio location for Class 101. Karen understands the challenges facing college-bound students today. “I have always told my own children to “Dream Big,” but the pressure-filled path toward college does not seem to leave a lot of room for dreaming. Class 101 changes that with a proven system to explore schools and interests, set goals, keep applications on track, and really plan for the transition from high school. With Class 101, they can dream and chart their course at the same time!”
As a college instructor for more than 20 years, she has seen first-hand how proper preparation prior to college translates into success during the college years and afterward.
In addition to her experience at the college level, Karen has run a successful communication consulting business leading public relations campaigns, speech coaching, mission and vision planning, and media relations for many local organizations.
Karen earned her B.S. from Boston University College of Communication and her M.A. in Communication from the University of Oklahoma.
